Basic Confidentiality Policy
To better protect the privacy of its Customers the Company provides this notice explaining its online information practices and the choices that Customers can make about the way the information transmitted to the Company is collected and used.
What information does the Company collect?
"The Company collects information on its Website operating under the name of "Infasco.com" for the purposes of:
- Fulfilling its Customers' requests.
- Further developing its database of Customers and potential Customers for use in its marketing and sales efforts.
- Better understanding the needs of its Customers and potential Customers.
Confidential information provided by the Customer, namely Customer's name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number will be treated as private and confidential. Such information is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by the Company's authorized representatives and is used only for the purposes for which the Customer provides the information.
How does the Company use the information it collects?
The Company authenticates and verifies the identity of prospective Customers and of their authorized representatives who are communicating with it. The Company uses the information collected during the account registration process and the authentication process to evaluate the Customer's application for account registration. The Company may use personal information about a Customer's authorized representatives collected in the authentication and investigation process as necessary to complete the authentication process.
If the Customer wishes to receive information from the Company, the information requested will be added to appropriate mailing lists. If at any time the Customer changes its mind and wants to add or remove its name from the Company's mailing list, or correct its personal information, it can do so by e-mail sent to smcallister@ifastgroupe.com.
Release of Information
Under no circumstances will the Company disclose confidential information provided by the Customer to third parties without the Customer's prior written approval or if required to do so by law.
This Statement of Privacy covers exchanges of information within the Company's Website. The Company's Website may contain links to other sites but the Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites. The Customer should verify the privacy policies of each site accessed through the Company's Website as they may differ.
