Within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the Application for account registration, the Company will take appropriate measures to ascertain that the Application is valid and will assign the necessary security clearance to the Customer Account Administrator.
The Customer Account Administrator will receive through its personal e-mail address a confirmation of the authorized username and a temporary password, which shall be immediately modified to a new personal password, at least eight (8) digits in length.
The temporary password will be valid for forty-eight (48) hours from the date of reception by the Customer Account Administrator and shall have limited privileges.
Account security administration
The Company places the utmost importance in the security aspects of its Website and of Customer account administration. Although the Company will make its best efforts through appropriate means to protect Customer information from loss or misuse, the Customer agrees that it is solely responsible for assigning, maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of usernames and passwords associated with the Company's account.
E-commerce terms and conditions
The terms and conditions of this Agreement will govern all transactions conducted on the Company's Website and may be revised at any time by the Company.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase
All orders are accepted at the Company's prices prevailing at time of shipment and are subject to any increase in transportation charges prevailing at time of shipment. The terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All applicable taxes will be charged on orders.
The Company warrants that the best workmanship and materials have been used in the manufacture of its products. If any product is defective or does not conform to the terms of an order, the Company's liability shall be limited to its replacement or, at its option, to its sale price. The Company will have no other liability for direct, consequential or other damages of any kind whatsoever to the Customer or to any other person, firm or corporation, with respect to products supplied by the Company.
The Customer shall notify the Company promptly of any claim with respect to its products and such products shall be held by the Customer for inspection by the Company. No goods will be accepted for return without the Company's prior written approval.
The Company's obligations with respect to orders received and accepted shall be subject to delays caused by fire, strikes, labor disputes, transportation problems, shortages of fuel or other materials, floods, embargoes, defaults on the part of suppliers, acts of God and any other reasons or causes beyond the control of the Company.
Policy concerning the return of merchandise
Material returned without prior authorization or not in accordance with RGA instructions from Ifastgroupe Distribution will not be accepted and will be returned at the shipper’s expense. All returned material must be in unopened original factory sealed cartons and/or kegs and not altered in any way. A 25% restocking charge will be applied on returns caused by “customer error” or “overstock.” Only material shipped within the past 12 months will be considered for return. Orders for special or non-stock material are not cancellable and not subject to return.
Request for authorization
Any discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of receipt of shipment. When requesting a return, please provide your representative with the following information:
- Description and quantity of items to be returned
- Invoice number
- Reason for return
Return
Once an RGA number has been provided, please be sure to follow shipping instructions as stated on the RGA, including ship to address, freight line and freight terms. Not following these instructions could result in the material being returned to the shipper at their expense. Use of any freight carrier other than the one specified on the RGA will result in the difference between the freight charges invoiced by the carrier used and the specified carrier being deducted from the customer’s credit note.
RGA validity
All RGAs will remain valid for 30 days after issuance. If material is not returned within 30 days of issue date, the RGA will be cancelled. All items listed on an authorization must be returned together. Items not returned will be cancelled from the RGA and a new authorization must be requested.
Credit Card Terms & Conditions
All credit card transactions are processed the day of shipment, no open terms.
Canadian Customers
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian currency.
US Customers
All credit card transactions will be processed in US Currency.
Limitation of Liability regarding Website Use
Under no circumstances will the Company be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages based on any use of its Website or any other Website to which this Website is linked. Such damages include without limitation, any lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of programs or information. The Customer agrees not to misuse this Website or not to use it in unauthorized manner, including, but not limited to, fraud.
Except as expressly provided otherwise in an agreement between the Customer and the Company, all information and software on this Website are provided "as is", without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade or course of dealing. The Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software or other documents which are referenced by or are linked to this Website.

The trade-marks displayed on this Website are the property of the Company or other third parties. The Customer is not permitted to use the trade-marks without the prior written consent of their owner.
