Ifastgroupe has also launched the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, where customers are invited to give feedback about their customer experience, what works, and what can be done better. Not only that, but this direct input from our customers is taken into practical consideration wherever possible. For example, if a customer is looking for a product which we don’t currently produce, we will explore the possibility of either manufacturing or importing it. Ifastgroupe has over 45 years of export experience, shipping product to over 50 countries worldwide including Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. Our products have been used in projects in Egypt including the El- Kureimat Power Plant, the Ayoun Moussa Steam Generating Plant and the Sidi Krir Steam Generating Plant; in China including the Jiangsu Prov. Electric Power Company, Yangzhou Power Plant and Dalain & Dandong power plants; the Hwa -Chiang Bridge in Taiwan; Suralaya Steam Power Plants in Indonesia and the Interchange-Adana-Gaziantep Motorway in Turkey.
